These guys are so smart, detailed, transparent, and professional. And kind! And fast!! First time I’ve ever felt like a mechanic wasn’t taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. They did their job fantastically and left me with notes about my car that I may need to pay attention to in the future. I definitely trust them and will look to them for help next time I’m having car troubles!!

I was left completely stranded on the interstate when my accessory belt broke without warning. The water pump, and the alternator were both put out of action. I barely managed to limp the vehicle over to L&S (cause They were the closest according to Google) beyond work hours and left it in the parking lot. Next morning, I stopped by really early and explained the situation. They very gracefully agreed to help me even though my car was a Suzuki and they didn't work on Suzuki‘s anymore. Replaced the belts and tensioner pulleys. although the final bill was definitely a little too steep for me, but at the same time, I understand that car-repair in this economy is anything but cheap no matter where you get it done. All in all, i liked the experience and wouldn't think twice before recommending them to friends!

This was second experience at L&S Automotive and both times have been amazing. This last time my AC wasn’t working. I was able to drop off my van the next day. One part needed to be ordered but found out it was on back order for months. However, they were able to find a certified used part with a warranty. I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I will L&S Automotive to all my family, friends, and coworkers.

My brakes were very bad and squeaky. I was referred by a friend and also saw great reviews. I ended up needing new brake pads and rotors. All the parts came in and the repair was done the very next day. Great work and great customer service. I highly recommend!

L&S has taken great care of my car over the years. They are honest and upfront about what needs to be done. At one point, my car broke down in another state and they were able to find when we last fixed the part and worked with me to get warranty covered (all while I was 6 hours away). They even shuttle you to work or home if you are close by them so you dont have to wait there. Great people, I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.

Extremly happy with the service and quality of communication! My Sienna brakes were having problems and LS took care of it. Was surprised how much better my brakes worked after they serviced them.

One of the best experiences I've had with a garage in a long time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that seemed to really enjoy their job. Great communication throughout, happy to provide explanations or answer any questions I had, and their shuttle serviceb worked like a charm, no delay whatsoever. They flushed my transmission, changed the oil & filter, and performed an induction clean. No issues to report.

L&S Automotive was awesome! They worked super fast, prices were really fair, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. They even dropped me off at home after I left my car and picked me up when it was done. Such great service! Everyone there was super nice, honest, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Their online billing site was amazing too. It showed everything they checked, what needed fixing, what was fine, full price breakdowns, and even pictures. I also loved that they weren’t pushy at all. They’d recommend things and give me quotes, but never tried to sell me on stuff I didn’t come in for. 10/10 would definitely go back!
